No. Webtunity is opportunity intelligence. We don't sell contact lists or push mass emails. We watch permitted sources and rank the few opportunities that genuinely fit your offer, with the evidence to back it.

How often does Webtunity search?⌄

You choose per Opportunity Profile: hourly, every 2/4/6/12/24 hours, or weekly. The default is a daily Opportunity Brief. More frequent isn't always better.

What if I ask for a refund?⌄

Within 30 days you can request a refund. Premium discovery, AI generation and alerts pause immediately. Your dashboard, pipeline, notes and history remain available. An admin reviews the request fairly and, if approved, refunds through Stripe. Statutory rights are separate and never restricted.

Do you send emails on my behalf?⌄

Never in V1. Webtunity drafts outreach for you to review, edit, and send yourself through whichever channel is legitimate for that opportunity.

Do you support Upwork or Freelancer?⌄

Only through official APIs and partnerships. We're actively investigating both. Until compliant access is available, those connectors remain disabled, no shortcuts.

How does Webtunity handle my data?⌄

You own your Opportunity Profiles, pipeline, and history. Your data is isolated by row-level security. You can export or delete everything at any time. Contact information stored in Webtunity comes only from lawfully public or licensed sources, with provenance recorded.
