Webtunity was created and is operated by N3XU Consulting ("N3XU Consulting", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you accept these terms.
Webtunity discovers publicly available business opportunities, evaluates them, and delivers the highest-priority items that match the profile you set up.
Webtunity is an informational tool. We do not guarantee that any opportunity will lead to work, revenue or any specific outcome. Public sources can be incomplete or out of date, so you are responsible for your own checks before acting.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Current plans and prices are shown in the app before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel at any time in Settings; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If something went wrong, write to contact@n3xu.com and we will look at it case by case. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived are unaffected.
You keep ownership of the profiles and other content you enter. You give us a limited licence to process it only to operate Webtunity for you.
Webtunity, including its scoring approach, prompts, code, design and brand, remains the property of N3XU Consulting. These terms transfer no ownership to you.
Webtunity relies on third-party providers (see the Privacy Policy). Their availability is outside our control and an outage on their side may affect the service.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to Webtunity is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk. After termination we may delete your data following a reasonable grace period.
We may update the service and these terms. We will announce material changes to the terms in advance, and continued use after the effective date means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where N3XU Consulting is established. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are unaffected.
