Privacy Policy

Effective: 5 August 2026

1. Who we are

Webtunity is an opportunity-intelligence service created and operated by N3XU Consulting ("N3XU Consulting", "we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, contact contact@n3xu.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, name, sign-in identifiers.
  • The information you enter about your work, your offer and the kinds of opportunities you want to receive.
  • Product usage: discovery runs, opportunities delivered, feedback you give and your delivery preferences.
  • Billing data: processed by our payment provider. We keep a customer reference and subscription status; we never store card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, basic logs.

3. How we use it

  • To provide the service, run discovery and send you your Daily Brief.
  • To manage your subscription, billing and support requests.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
  • To improve the product, using aggregated and non-identifying analysis.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in running and securing the service.

4. Where opportunity data comes from

Webtunity discovers publicly available information from the open web and public portals, and evaluates it with AI models. We do not access private, gated or confidential sources.

5. Service providers

We work with a small number of providers who process data on our behalf: hosting, database and authentication; web search and page retrieval; AI model providers; payment processing; and transactional email. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards where needed for legal, tax or security reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

8. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country or outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email contact@n3xu.com.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage for sign-in and session management. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where required.

11. Responsible outreach

Webtunity surfaces public information about organisations and, where relevant, publicly listed contact routes. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws when you act on that information.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. If a change is material, we will let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect.
